After hard Friday Spears went with her friend Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo to have a rest. They were at Hollywood club Les Deux. Brit was cheerful, really seemed fine. She did not drink.

Britney Spears mixed with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo said:
“I spoke to her for a minute. She seemed to be in a very, very good
mood,” he said on his KIIS-FM radio show this morning. “She had her
sunglasses on. I said, Busy day, huh?’ She kind of smiled and laughed
and said, Yeah.’ And then I believe I saw her and Tony Romo
frolicking.”

Ryan Seacrest said, Britney gave Tony Romo a lap dance.
“Lap dancing?” a co-host asked.

“I mean some would say,” Seacrest said.

“She’s on his lap,” the co-host continued.

Spears first met up with Romo when they made a five-minute stop at Ketchup restaurant in L.A.

The pair hit Les Deux around 10:30 p.m. Romo, 27 (who was recently
linked to Sophia Bush), and his friends attached themselves to pop-singer a short time later.

Britney danced and talked a lot with Tony.

Spears, the witness added, “seemed in a really good mood and was super
happy when [one of her] songs came on.” Her pal Avril Lavigne also
popped by her table to say hi.

In typical Spears club style, the singer changed into a new dress and
shades in a club bathroom midway through the night.

By 1:15 a.m., Spears left with Sims, but returned to the club a short
time later after realizing she accidentally left her cell phone behind.

Last week was very hard for Britney Spears and Friday was the decisive point. On Friday she had a long court hearing for her custody battle. And of course Britney wanted to have a rest. Britney Spears hit the town with her longtime friend, Alli Sims - and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.

An observer tells PEOPLE. “She didn’t eat or drink +It seemed like she was rounding up people to go to out. She was very friendly and smiley, in and out.”

Another source says, “Alli was meeting up with Tony and his friends at
Ketchup and Britney wanted to come along. Tony and Alli have been good
friends. They’ve known each other for a little over a year. ”

Later, Romo met up with Sims, Spears and other friends at the Hollywood
hotspot Les Deux where they mixed.
And it seems impossible for Britney but she and her friends had a friendly low-key night upstairs

Spears was “sitting with her friends and Tony. Everyone was just hanging
out. Brit was upbeat, really seemed fine.”

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are going to visit today the L.A. Superior Court for a progress report in their ongoing custody battle.
It is a pity, but we shan’t have the opportunity of seeing those events. According to court officials, all cell phones, recording devices and cameras will not be permitted at the hearing, which is open to the media.
And Spears tried to spend more time with her boys. Yesterday afternoon she ran errands with her boys Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 2, like any mom without a care in the world.
They hit a pumpkin patch in Calabasas, California, at around 1:30 p.m. Spears looked out of her car briefly, but the boys stayed inside, a source said. The next stop: Swings N’Things in Calabasas, California. “She wanted a swing set for her boys for her house in Malibu,” an employee told Usmagazine.com. “She was nice to me. There was just so much commotion.”
Federline’s bodyguard picked the children up around 3 p.m.

Britney spears begins to forget her real life, she has her own world and she lives there. And it seems there are no money there. And maybe she forgets that any work must be paid. She likely has no idea the hard-working backup dancers on her MTV Video Music Award performance of “Gimme More” have not been fully paid. “The dancers were paid for the actual show and some of the rehearsals, but not all of them,” an insider told Us Weekly. Spears stopped to work with her management team.
But not only money is not important for pop star. She thinks she is a wonderful mother and any cannot control or teach her. Spears have to be in court for the custody battle October 26. And the judge “will not look graciously upon” her, the source says.

Promises, the Malibu rehabilitation center where Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan have sought treatment, moved staff embers and about 18 patients.
“We evacuated Sunday morning before the order came because the conditions there were very frightening,” Promises founder and CEO Richard Rogg told The Associated Press on Tuesday. “The power went out, the winds were blowing at hurricane force and you could see flames coming over the mountain top.”
Rooms were booked for patients in an “upscale hotel” near the Promises facility in west Los Angeles, where staff members “regrouped and tried to keep the schedule going as normally as possible,” Rogg said.
Promises, which said its Malibu facility was undamaged Tuesday, does not disclose patient names.

But PEOPLE has learned Britney Spears has regained visitation rights of her sons, Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

But already on Wednesday L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon had temporarily suspended her visitation rights. Judge removed her rights after the pop star was unreachable by a cell phone designated for court-related scheduling.
On Thursday, Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said he expected Spears would get visitation reinstated soon because “she has complied with the part of the order [causing the suspension].”
Lawyers for both sides did not respond to calls for comment.
Spears and Federline are both required to show up for their next hearing on Oct. 26.
