Lynne Spears may have her hands full coping with the mental sickness of her elder daughter Britney Spears but that is no reason why her pregnant 16-year-old younger daughter Jamie will not give her a hard time.

Lynne is reported to be all set to leave her mother’s house in Kenwood, LA and move to Los Angles to live with her father Jamie, reports National Enquirer.

“Jamie Lynn is moving to Los Angeles to live with her dad,” an insider told the Enquirer. “She wants to be settled in before the baby is born in March or early April - and she wants to be closer to film projects she’d like to start after giving birth.”

Britney Spears, who has been hospitalized for mental evaluation, will be examined by a court-appointed psychiatrist to determine if the troubled pop star understands the legal proceedings surrounding her, a judge ruled on Monday.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered that the psychiatrist file a report on the 26-year-old singer’s mental condition by February 13, the eve of a hearing to decide how much longer her assets should remain under the temporary control of her father and his attorney.

Gordon also said a restraining order against Spears’ self-styled manager and confidant, Sam Lutfi, forbids him from any contact with her, including telephone, texts messages and e-mail, amid reports the two were still in contact.

In a six-page declaration filed by Lynne Spears in a restraining order against Sam Lutfi, she says she and the singer’s father, Jamie Spears, went to Britney’s home on January 28 after hearing that Britney “was crying” after a fight with Lutfi.

She called Sam Lutfi “the man who has inserted himself into my daughter’s life,” (no, she doesn’t mean it it that way, guys) as well as her home and finances.

“Sam told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash, a whore. That she cares more about [Adnan Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve her own kids.”

“Sam told Jackie [a family friend] and me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdon and Seroquel.”

“Sam told us that he puts them in her food and that was the reason she has been quiet for the last three days (Britney, who has insomnia, had been sleeping). He told us that the doctor who is treating her is not trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could give her drugs to heal her brain.”

“Sam then encouraged us to sit down on a sofa and to do tequila shots. Jackie said we did not want to. Britney seemed to follow our lead.”

In a declaration to defend his appointment as conservator for Britney, her father Jamie has claimed that his daughter frequently called him over the phone from her hospital bed and asked him to be by her side.

He also claims that Britney confided in him that Sam Lutfi had wrongfully taken her property, reports TMZ.

In the signed declaration obtained by TMZ Jamie recounts how he was unable to visit his daughter in hospital Sunday, February 3, because of his work commitments.

“I was unable to visit the hospital during the day because I had to work: I am a cook, and I was catering a large Super Bowl party.”

“While I was working Britney called my cell phone at least four times. She called me about every 20 minutes,” Jamie continues

During one call, she said, “Daddy what are you doing?”

“I told her I was cooking. Britney said, ‘What are you doing cooking, daddy? Why are you not here with me?’ I told her, ‘Baby, daddy’s got to work.’”

It has been officially determined that Britney is taking a little dip in the loonie bin. A court-appointed lawyer recently had a visit with her in the hospital and met in court after to advise the Commissioner that she is mentally unfit for pretty much anything. She is not competent enough to understand the nature of her legal proceedings, or even the impact it will have on her life. It also seems that she is not even capable of retaining a lawyer. Her current lawyer, Adam Streisand, may have some problems even proving that she hired him. More drama is also occurring on the Same Lufti front. Conservators have been trying to serve him with another restraining order, but he is refusing to even open his door to accept service and receive the restraining order. He has already violated the restraining order by talking on the phone with her, but there isn’t much that can be done at this point since he hasn’t actually even received the order. Is it just me, or is EVERYONE in the Britney camp starting to look a little coo-koo for cocoa puffs?

Britney Spears’ paparazzi boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, showed up to see his girl at the UCLA psych ward yesterday. He brought two special gifts:

1. His very own cameraman
2. Pink roses for Britney

Welcome to the strange romance of Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib. It’s like a match made in heaven … or Hollywood … or the Twilight Zone.

Celebrity news site TMZ spotted Adnan Ghalib entering UCLA, but it’s not known if he was actually able to see Brutney. He was overheard saying something into his cell phone about “while they’re in court.”

Perhaps he tried to sneak in a visit while Sam Lutfi and Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, were duking it out over who gets to call the shots.

Britney Spears’ new lawyer, Adam Streisand, was spotted leaving Los Angeles Superior Court after being ejected for not having any evidence to support his claims.

Adam, who is Barbara Streisand’s second cousin, is attempting to represent the 26-year-old Gimme More singer in her fight to have her father removed as conservator of her financial and medical matters.

Nonetheless, “a court commissioner on Monday extended the control of Britney Spears’s father over the singer’s affairs, including her $40 million fortune.”

Press reports tell: “Jamie Spears will remain co-conservator of his daughter’s estate until February 14th, the commissioner ruled, despite a lawyer’s claims Britney had a “strong desire” against her father’s temporary oversight.”
