Model Heidi Klum says she wants to open her home to Britney Spears. Klum says the troubled pop singer is welcome to live with her for a couple of months to help put her life back together. Spears has had two visits to psychiatric hospitals this year and was most recently placed under a conservatorship by an L.A. court official. Conservatorships are established when a court determines that someone cannot take care of themselves.

Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old mommy-to-be allegedly already has a history of hard living and binge drinking under her belt, reports Star magazine. A local teenager from Jamie Lynn’s hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana spilled to the tabloid that the before she was pregnant, the “Zoey 101″ star frequently drank, but was careful to keep it behind closed doors. The source revealed that Spears often “drank to get wrecked,” hoping to forget her family problems. Additionally, it was reported by the tipster that Casey Aldridge was not Jamie Lynn’s first. “There were at least two others. I know that 110 percent.”

Additionally, the mag reports that Jamie Lynn has resigned herself to a new life as a mother and that she and Casey Aldridge have invested in a double-wide trailer. I feel like I could have believed all of that until they went too far and threw in the trailer bit.

In the ongoing legal saga that has become her life, Britney Spears has reportedly hired yet another lawyer to represent her in her many legal affairs. And his name is Jon Eardley.

Eardley has been working on the current situation in the “Gimme More” singer’s life - the issue of who should be in control of her well-being, finances, and rights.

He told press, “I see the case as a civil rights case. These are issues of confinement. Very serious confinement. Not allowed to contact her friends. Not allowed to use the phone. Not allowed to come and go as you please. Bodyguards controlling you and so forth.”

But according to an uninvolved legal expert, Eardley may be causing more harm than good. “The saddest part [of the legal maneuvering] is it is all to [Britney’s] detriment. The limited conservatorship puts in place medical care and protection of her assets that may be put at risk by the distraction and expense of having to get such an opportunistic and counterproductive action dismissed.”

He continued, “It’s not like the judge read papers filed by one side and made decisions without giving each side due process. It would be quite surprising if the federal court granted a hearing on this, and a total shocker if it ruled against the conservatorship.”

Britney’s new attorney is getting ready for a fight and as a first step he hired a PR person, Michael Sands, who worked for team K-Fed till not too long ago. In an official statement on the case, he says:

“Every American has rights. Even the worst criminals, which certainly Britney is not. Even people who do not understand the intricacies of the law understand that they have rights.

The explanation of federal civil procedures are difficult for even experienced attorneys to fully appreciate, but everyone will understand that her rights are being violated. Our legal team will help Britney stand up for her rights.

Who doesn’t fear being held against their will?”

I wonder how Britney find this guy that “doesn’t normally represent celebs”. Could it possibly be the work of Sam, cooking it all in the background?
