It was done by the folks at www.ageprogession.org who factored in Britney’s current fast food diet, drug and alcohol use and apparently receding hair line. They also produced a shot of Britney at 46 who I guess, in the midst of a mid-life crisis, decided being blonde is sexier. These pictures are pretty amazing considering I always pictured Britney buried in a coffin by 30. Thanks to science I now know she’ll lead a rich, full life surrounded by cats and old copies of Readers Digest. Outstanding.

Sam Lutfi was formally served today with a temporary restraining order to keep him away from Britney Spears.

The order was sought by the temporary co-conservators of Spears’ $100 million estate - her father Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet.

A restraining order was obtained weeks ago, but Lutfi had managed to avoid getting formally served with it - which is required for it to take hold.

Until today, that is. Beeyotch.

Osama Lutfi had been accused by Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears, of drugging and verbally abusing the struggling singer, trying to control her every move.

Britney Spears has been hospitalized twice already in 2008 and recently spent six days in the UCLA psychiatric ward.

Reports say Sam Lutfi was served at 11 a.m. PST as he left his apartment in West Los Angeles. Finally, they tracked him down. You got served, sucka!

The restraining order, which forbids Sam Lutfi from getting within 250 yards of Spears, her homes and her family’s homes, alleges:

“Mr. Lutfi has drugged Britney Spears. He has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He claims to control everything.”

Though I am now a very happy writer, I have a degree in criminal justice. And though writing and the law don’t exactly go hand in hand, sometimes the two intersect in a blissful moment I like to call “JayBird’s nirvana.” Though I tend to use my real name when talking to myself, because talking to myself under my pseudonym would be absolutely unstable. Today William Bratton, L.A.P.D. Police chief, responded to the propositioned paparazzi law proposed by Councilman Dennis Zine. Zine wants to protect our beloved celebrities from the aggressive paparazzi. And while he has a point, Chief Bratton’s response was absolutely priceless.

Nurturing one of her healthier habits, Britney Spears was spotted spending some serious dough yesterday at Forever 21 at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles, California.

The “Piece of Me” singer was wearing a yellow form-fitting top, black pants, and some oversized sunglasses as she was escorted through the throngs of people trying to catch a glimpse of her.

Later in the day, Brit was observed wearing a new outfit as she made her way out of the Beverly Center, along with her assistant. It seems she fancied a more casual look, sporting a baggy white shirt, jeans, and a bomber jacket along with some brown leather boots.

In the ongoing conservator court case, Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, and his lawyers made a statement yesterday that the case shouldn’t be transferred from state to federal court, noting that the attorney requesting the transfer isn’t even officially representing the pop singer.

In an interim ruling, Federal judge Philip Gutierrez has refused to intervene in Britney’s conservatorship case, saying the Federal court has no jurisdiction. The judge has given attorney Jon Eardley time till February 29 to explain why he thinks it does.

Meanwhile an attorney for Britney’s conservatorship filed papers Tuesday, February 19, with the federal court asking it to reject the legal filing by Eardley seeking to transfer the case out of the LA court system, contending that Britney is not in a position to hire her own lawyer under the conservatorship.

Interestingly, the conservatorship attorney also wants Eardley to disclose who worked with him to file his papers, an attempt to nail meddling by erstwhile Britney manager Sam Lutfi who is evading a restraining order.

Attorney John Eardley, claiming to represent Britney Spears, filed legal papers in a federal court February 14 requesting it to assume control of the case of Britney’s conservatorship because Britney’s rights had been compromised in the L.A. County Court system.

Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says Jamie Spears presence in Britney’s life will enable her to regain visitation rights with her two sons quickly, something that both the camps feel should happen.

“Jamie Spears’s presence is an extreme positive,” Kaplan told People.

His presence could make it possible “to develop a visitation plan that enables these children to have a mother in their lives.”

Kaplan appeared impressed by the meticulous approach that Jamie had adopted.

“He’s building from the ground up,” he said. “[He’s] stabilizing the situation, removing people that may not have had [Britney’s] best interests at heart.”

Britney’s visitation with her toddlers Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, was discussed at the hearing Tuesday, February 19, but no decisions were taken.

Britney last saw her children on January 3, during the bizarre stand off with the police and her later forced hospitalization.

It’s getting to be routine - pictures of Britney Spears’ panty-less crotch as she emerges from her car. And you’d think by now she would’ve figured it out.

Last night the “Gimme More” singer gave the paparazzi plenty of footage of her ‘goodies’ as she got out of her Cadillac Escalade on her way to the B2V Borrelli-Vo Salon.

Brit wore a grey off-the-shoulder sweater dress with her usual “I’m a rock star” sunglasses. And while she seems to enjoy these trips to the salon, according to insiders, she’s miserable without her kids.

A source told press, “She desperately wants the kids. She cries about it. She hasn’t put the children’s belongings away. Her home has pictures of her kids everywhere. She loves them very much.”

The “Toxic” mommy hasn’t seen Jayden James or Sean Preston since the night of January 3rd when she was carted away to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s psych ward. But there could be an end to this ordeal in the not-too-distant future.

According to an insider, “There’s been a real change in how she is because she has been smothered in love. To suddenly know after all this time that she has support has been incredible for her. She knows that something is wrong with her. She knows that something can’t quite be right because of the sheer fact she’s separated from her kids.”
