For Adnan Ghalib - who made upwards of $200,000 a year shooting celebs as a member of the paparazzi - it’s a case of the hunter becoming the hunted.

Such is the irony of a member of the celebrity news media becoming involved with the paparazzi’s biggest target - Britney Spears.

It seems that Adnan Ghalib - who was cornered yesterday by TMZ cameras - has truly pulled a 180 of late, dropping the same lines the celebrities used to tell him when he was out taking photos of them.

At least the celebrity photo agency member has enough sense to admit he’s only famous “by association,” in the TMZ video you can watch here.

His 15 minutes may not be up just yet, either.

Britney Spears returned to the dance studio last night - and afterwards, got an evening visit from her paparazzi pal.

Spears left her home away from home, Millennium Dance Complex, after a two-and-a-half hour workout, riding home in her chauffeured SUV.

A few hours later, none other than Adnan Ghalib was spotted rolling up to Summit Circle where she lives. Booty call, anyone?

Britney Spears was mobbed by a pack of photographers when she went shopping at the Levi Store in Beverly Hills, CA, Tuesday, February 26.

The recovering pop star spent about 30 minutes shopping in the store then slipped out the back door only to be confronted by a wall of paparazzi.

Britney has been seen on and off at the Millennium Dance Studio lately but despite the exercise her body and skin tone looks poor

She does however look less disheveled than before.

She wore blue skinny jeans with a flirty sheer sea green front button top, with mandarin collar and fluttery cap sleeves.

She had left half the buttons of her top open revealing her red color bra. She wore brown metallic high heeled pumps and carried a red leather hobo bag.

Her hair were piled up in a high bun and she wore a red lipstick.

A gold wedding band along with a diamond ring on her wedding finger made us wonder? Did it come from Adnan?

After the shopping, she drove back to her home followed by a pack of photographers.

Federal Judge Philip Gutierrez sent Britney’s conservatorship case back to the State court, Tuesday, February 26.

Ruling that Attorney John Eardley, who claims to represent Britney, had no authority to remove the case from the state court, he said:

“Mr. Eardley had no authority to remove the case from state court. He is neither a party nor a defendant. While he claims to be Ms. Spears’s attorney, the probate court … found that she was incapable of retaining her own counsel.”

However the judge did not award the conservatorship attorney fees of $43,000 requested by them in their filing Monday, February 25.

Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, has defended the conservatorship created by a California court to oversee his daughter and her estate of $100m and questioned the claim by attorney John Eardley that he represents Britney Spears.

In his filing, February 25, Jamie contends that Britney “does not have the capacity to retain counsel, and for this reason alone” the case should be sent back to the superior court.

Jamie also wants Eardley to pay the conservatorship $43,000/- to cover legal fees.

Attorney John Eardley, claiming to represent Britney Spears, filed legal papers in a federal court February 14 requesting it to assume control of the case of Britney’s conservatorship because Britney’s rights had been compromised in the L.A. County Court system.

In an interim ruling, Federal judge Philip Gutierrez refused to intervene, saying that prima facie he believes the Federal court has no jurisdiction. The judge gave Jon Eardley time till February 22 to explain why he thinks the federal court does have jurisdiction.

In papers filed, Friday, February 22, Eardley alleged irregularities and verbal abuse against Britney by her conservator and father Jamie Spears.

In his declaration Eardley alleges Britney “has been denied fundamental rights to associate with the outside world. The conservatorship has taken away significant liberties from the individual.”

He also alluded to “financial issues which involve the possible misappropriation of assets.”

Claiming that there have been verbal attacks by Jamie, he claims Britney is concerned for her emotional and physical safety.

Britney Spears seems to be making huge improvements in her everyday lifestyle - and it seems to be paying off. The 26-year-old mother of two spent another three hours with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James yesterday, who (before this weekend) hadn’t seen their mom since January 3.

Monday’s visit marked the second round of mommy time for Spears in the last three days.

Sources say Kevin is trying desperately to work out a schedule so that their boys can see their mom, but is skeptical of giving Brit too much time too fast.

Federline has made it very clear that Brit-Brit’s father Jamie has a lot to do with Britney’s reunion with Sean and Jayden.

Federline’s Spokesperson Eliot Mintz delivered the following message on behalf of Kevin:

“Jamie Spears went a long way in terms of stabilizing an environment that surrounded Britney which was wildly in a flux. It’s clear that Britney is in a different place now that she was two weeks ago.”

Despite Jamie’s best efforts, lawyers who claim to be representing Britney have filed a challenge against Jamie’s conservatorship over his daughter.

While Britney was spending some much-needed time with her sons, her father’s lawyers were busy fighting the motion.

I don’t think any judge can honestly question whether Jamie’s influence on Britney over the past few weeks has been positive.

She’s showing more improvement now than she has in the last few years.

Hopefully Jamie’s conservatorship will continue.

Britney and her father, Jamie Spears, are opposed to a wedding between Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge.

“Her dad, Jamie, does not want the wedding and neither does Britney,” a family insider tells PageSix.com.

“Jamie thinks she is too young. Her mom, Lynne, is stressed out about the whole thing,” adds the insider.

Jamie Lynn, 16, and Casey, 18, who currently live in of Kentwood, LA, can not marry without parental consent.

Under Louisiana law both the parties need to be above the age of 18 to do so.
