It seems there is a turn-around for toxic Britney Spears. The singer this week was acclaimed for her appearance in How I Met Your Mother and now has landed a chance to hit the West End stage in London.The new actress has been offered the lead role in a forthcoming London production of Tennessee Williams’ play A Streetcar Named Desire.A show insider tells Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, “She has poise, timing and a real flair. We’d wanted her for Blanche because even though she’s technically too young to play her, who else could embody this fallen southern belle so well? “She’s living out the story, so to harness that on stage would be amazing for an audience to see - and cathartic for Britney too.” Spears isn’t the only new mom who is being considered for the Blanche DuBois role. Actress Halle Berry is also among the front-runners to land the role, according to reports.

Britney is allegedly being considered to appear at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.

Uh, didn’t she lose HER kids? What? That’s a weird choice. Maybe Richie Sambora can chauffeur children to the ceremony. And Akon can hurl some around the auditorium.

What if Sean Preston and Jayden watch this mess and wonder why their Mom is hanging out with all these kids and yet can only see them for one hour at a time, and only with court-appointed officials present?

“It’s supposed to be top secret, but everyone is already buzzing about it,” a source says. “Her sister, Jamie Lynn, made such a splash at the event last year, Brit knows that she’ll get as much, if not more, attention if she shows up this year.”

Seemingly on the up-and-up, Britney Spears popped out for a trip to the dentist’s office in Studio City on Wednesday afternoon (March 26).

Wearing a blue dress and cowgirl boots, the Gimme More singer clasped the hand of her security guard as she was ushered past a pack of paparazzi - making her way inside for a teeth-cleaning appointment.

Meanwhile, Brit’s ex Kevin Federline recently spoke to press about his former wives, saying: “I will always love the mothers of my children, and I will always be there for both of them. I believe that any good energy I put out there brings more good energy into my own life. The relationships with my kids and family will last my whole life and are the most important to me.”

And although Federline holds full custody of his children with Spears, he’s adamant that his sons (Sean Preston and Jayden James) will grow up in positive environment.

“Their needs define my schedule every day. It is so very important to me that my children will always know and never question, that no matter what happens, they have a mommy and daddy who love them very much,” he said.

Bonnie Fuller’s latest “Star magazine plug disguised as a Huffington Post item” rants, very typically, on the pater- and materfamilias of the Spears clan.

To Fuller, dad Jamie and mom Lynne are simply taking advantage of daughter Britney and Jamie Lynn’s lifestyles, living in their homes, collecting their fees, and cashing in on any opportunity their offspring’s fame affords them, even though neither of them are in very healthy states right now.

So what’s Bonnie’s advice?

So I say to Jamie and Lynne Spears, if you really want to prove your love to your daughters, how about trying to nix the reported deal to sell Jamie Lynn’s upcoming baby pics for $1 million?

Interesting advice, coming from someone who is also said to have bid on those photos — and lost out to OK! magazine.

For those of you marveling at the sexy sultry voice of pop singer Britney Spears, you may want to think again. It seems some interesting news has leaked as to the extent of her ‘talent’. Spoken word artist and singer Henry Rollins revealed some interesting information about her in a recent interview. He spoke about how the sound engineers in most music studios have the best stories when it comes to who has the true talent. They know how to mix it, basically. With Britney, she has a pinch hitter artist who is a black woman who sings Britney’s work first. Then, Britney comes in and sings it her way over the other singer, and the engineer mixes it all up to create a Britney masterpiece. The word is, when it comes to music, Britney has ‘no feel’ but apparently isn’t the worst singer they’ve seen come through the doors. So, what you hear on the records, isn’t all Britney. Shocking, isn’t it??

That Britney. She is like an INSPIRATION to me, because no matter what that girl does: flash her cooch, shave her head, lose her kids - she always ends up getting something else. Like, maybe, even her own show!
Turns out that the powers that be loved her “performance” on “How I Met Your Mother” so much that they want to give her her own show. I see this either ending very badly or VERY HORRIBLY BADLY OH GOD HELP US ALL. Either way, it’s sure to be entertaining.

After Britney Spears’ not entirely terrible, image-boosting appearance helped CBS’ How I Met Your Mother earn its highest ratings of all time Monday, another hit sitcom reportedly has its sights set on a guest role for the pop singer.

Executive producer, creator and star Tina Fey says she wouldn’t mind if Britney Spears popped up on her hilarious, hit NBC series 30 Rock.

“We would love to work with Britney Spears,” Fey said. “I’ve worked with her twice on Saturday Night Live and she was very professional and nice.”

Fey also has her eyes set on another A-lister: Oprah.

“I want Oprah to play my best friend,” Fey said. “I want to spend time with Oprah Winfrey, and I don’t know what I need to do to make it happen.”

30 Rock returns April 10 with new episodes following the writers’ strike. Getting back to work wasn’t easy, Tina Fey admitted.

“The strike was a bit like the maternity leave that I didn’t have, except for my duties on the union line,” said Fey, who has a daughter Alice, 2. “Now my daughter is old enough to say, ‘You don’t go to work, you stay inside.’ That breaks my heart.”
