Should I ask Is anything going on between Britney & Kevin? If judging by the last few days something might be up.

It started with Kevin telling ShowSpy that he still loves Britney:

“I still love Britney. She’s the mother of my children,” Federline, 30, said. And Jamie Spears — Britney’s dad — is even reportedly encouraging the pair to reunite. “I spend the day chasing my kids around the house. Their needs define my daily schedule,” he adds.

And it continues today with the new STAR magazine cover which screams Britney & Kevin’s Secret Weekend, Two days together in Maui, Brit’s $138K gift to Kevin & New deal to share the kids…

Jamie Spears has been spending time with Kevin lately and both Britney and Kevin were MIA last week for a few days… Could this be possible?

The Internet is abuzz today with rumors that Justin Timberlake recently called his ex, Britney Spears, to express his concern over her health and wish her well. So far, I haven’t seen a single credible source to support this phone call. A teen magazine called “Twist” reportedly broke this story, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on the Twist website. Here is one version of the rumor:

After more than three years of not having contact with Britney Spears, the singer Justin Timberlake spoke for the first time with his ex- girlfriend.

Justin was worried about Britney’s health, and called his ex- father-in-law Jamie Spears, Jamie was dining with Britney at the Katsui restaurant.

According to Twist magazine Jamie gave the call to his daughter.

Britney asked her dad, “Are you sure he wants to talk to me?”

“She was very excited and shaking, ” said a witness.

There are a lot of things wrong with this- most blatantly, Jamie Spears was never Justin’s father in law. Secondly, if Justin truly is concerned about his ex, why would he wait until now to reach out to her? I think this is wishful thinking on those fans who still think Justin and Britney belong together. And finally, if this alleged witness was close enough to hear all of this, why does the story end there? This sounds like an April Fool’s joke.

Madonna says the media needs to “step off” Britney Spears.

“For real… Let’s go save her,” she told an E! satellite radio show.

Madonna, 49, said 11-year-old daughter Lourdes “gets the drift of what’s going on, and I think she feels very protective of Britney Spears.”

Fortunately for Britney, so does father Jamie Spears.

On Thursday, Madonna said she enjoys listening to Britney Spears’ Blackout album while exercising. That “Piece of Me” really is a cult classic, no?
But she and Britney are forever linked in a different way, one that will go down in the legendary history of the girl-on-girl action hall of fame.

The two singers famously locked lips, you may recall, on the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards and collaborated on the song “Me Against the Music.”

We spotted Britney Spears’ pregnant 16-year-old sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, with what appears to be an engagement ring, near her Louisiana home.

Jamie is reported to be engaged to her 18-year-old boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, the father of the baby due this summer.

Casey, a former high school class president, is a pipe layer who lives in his tiny Mississippi hometown.

The young couple plan to bring up their baby in Louisiana.

There has been no official announcement and it is not known if a marriage date has been fixed.

Jamie Lynn Spears is readying herself for the arrival of her baby and was recently seen shopping for a pink baby bouncer. I have no idea of what a “baby bouncer” is, but its vague name makes it sound kind of fake, or if it is real, then it sounds kind of dangerous. In any case, she was seen on Monday buying a pink thing used to bounce babies and that has caused speculation that Britney’s younger sister is expecting a girl.

And while she may be living a small town lifestyle back home in Kentwood, Louisiana, the “Zoey 101” actress still keeps a little big city style with her Louis Vuitton handbag in hand.

Jamie Lynn is shopping by herself, lugging around shopping bags or trying to drag a shopping cart behind her like in this picture. Can’t someone help her out? Where’s Casey Aldridge? Working off that ring on the side of the highway?

Meanwhile, the Nickelodeon star has been getting ready for her 17th birthday (April 4) and, more importantly, the impending arrival of her first child.

Taking care of one thing on the to-do list, the younger Spears recently put together a Babies R Us gift registry - requesting typical baby needs ranging in price from the inexpensive teething ring to a $300 car seat.

Paris Hilton is overexposed, according to a new list compiled by Forbes magazine. The heiress has beaten Britney Spears and party girl Lindsay Lohan to the top of the Most Overexposed Celebrities list.

According to the study made by Los Angeles-based E-Poll Market Research, 70% of the U.S. population would describe the 27-year-old “Simple Life” star “overexposed.”

Last year’s number one, Britney Spears, is still headlining tabloids and gossip sites at 67% for her “questionable behavior” while Hilton’s nemesis Lindsay Lohan’s rehab stint and party-girl image have given her the third spot. Just recently, her nude photo spread gave this struggling film actress headlines.

Britney’s father and guardian, Jamie Spears, wants her to continue working in TV to keep her pants-hating ass out of trouble.

This followed a successful stint on How I Met Your Mother and a comment from 30 Rock star Tina Fey that she’d welcome Britney on that series.

Well, it turns out the President of PETA - yes, the ca-razzzy animal rights peeps - was so impressed with Britney’s role as a receptionist on How I Met Your Mother that she wants her to be a PETA receptionist for just one hour.

The group wrote an open letter to Britney Spears, stating:

“We have criticized you in the past for contributing to the dog overpopulation crisis and wearing real fur, but perhaps now that your own crisis has abated, a new day calls for a new relationship, a new outlook, and a new understanding.”

The always-entertaining group says it will donate $1,000 to a children’s charity of her choice should Britney Spears take them up on their offer.

Hopefully this is just a ploy by PETA to abduct and free Britney’s poor Yorkshire terrier, London. Poor son of a bitch looks pretty desperate these days.

Britney Spears has once again made up with Larry Rudolph, her former manager, amidst reports that her father and conservator, Jamie Spears, is encouraging her to tour in support of her Blackout album.

Larry discovered the Louisiana native when she was 13 years old and shaped Britney’s career during her formative years as an entertainer, guiding her till October 2004, shortly after she married Kevin Federline, when the two “mutually agreed” not to renew their relationship.

However, when Britney separated from Kevin Federline in early November 2006 Rudolph stepped back into her life, at a time when she was vulnerable.

Shortly thereafter Britney’s life began to spin out of control and Larry persuaded her to enter rehab in February 2007.

Britney fired Larry Rudolph (13 Apr 2007), the same day she dissed her management in an emotional, almost crazed, rant delivered on a paparazzi video. She blamed Larry for having worked in cahoots with his parents to send him into rehab.
