Gwyneth Paltrow thinks Britney Spears has been driven insane – and it’s all because of the paparazzi. I think Gwyneth may be the first celebrity to all-out call Britney Spears insane. And considering that Brit seems to have gotten a little better lately, I’m guessing that that might sting a bit. But either way, Gwyneth has accused the paparazzi of making Britney Spears literally go insane.

Gwyneth Paltrow has accused Adnan Ghalib and the paparazzi of pushing Britney Spears over the edge. She said the media frenzy surrounding Spears and her relationship with the Birmingham-born snapper had caused her to go “insane”.

Paltrow, whose own marriage to Chris Martin has been scrutinised in the press, said: “Look at what they’ve done to Britney. The paparazzi and magazines have blood on their hands. They literally made her go insane.

“She’s got classic Stockholm Syndrome - she fell in love with a paparazzo and went insane. The photographers and editors of these magazines have such bad karma. It’s pretty dark.”

Britney seems to have gotten better lately, and has been avoiding the paparazzi. Maybe there’s a connection between the two. Of course having someone else make decisions for her probably helps a lot too. Because Britney’s been reigned to such an extreme degree (which seems to be a good thing) it’s hard to tell if she’s really gotten better or if we just aren’t seeing the crazy out and about and on display.

This quote is from a WENN wire piece and I can’t find the source for it at all, but supposedly musician Moby said that he loves Britney Spears, and that the fatter and weirder she gets the more he finds himself oddly drawn to her.

Dance star MOBY is harbouring an unlikely celebrity crush in the shape of troubled star BRITNEY SPEARS.

Moby admits he would wed the Toxic singer “in a heartbeat”, as he has fallen for her “weird” charms.

He says, “She’s like this (U.S. playwright) Tennessee Williams tragic figure.

“The fatter she gets, the weirder she gets, the more I love her. I found her moderately appealing in the late ’90s, but now I would marry her in a heartbeat.”

LAPD Chief William Bratton has no hope for a city councilman Dennis Zine law’s protecting celebrities from paparazzi. Such a law – one we’ve dubbed the “Leave Britney Alone” law, which aims to create a “personal safety zone” for registered celebs – would be too ambiguous and impossible to enforce. Rather, he suggests using existing jaywalking laws to keep over-aggressive cameramen at bay. And also: Speed limits.

Just in case any of you thought that Britney Spears had her $h!t totally together after seeking treatment for her obvious mental issues, well…

In a move that brought back fond memories of late 2007, Britney was joyridin’ around yesterday when she pulled into a local McDonald’s to use the restroom.

This sort of thing used to be part of the daily routine - maybe she should sign an endorsement deal with McDonald’s and not some Danish furniture line.

Escorted by her bodyguard, Britney Spears made her way to the bathroom at the Malibu McDonald’s, to the delight of the fast food restaurant’s patrons…

The recovering pop star was well dressed, as has been the norm lately. She wore a pink banded empire waist sleeveless top, blue jeans torn at the knees, brown leather calf length boots, and dark Gucci shades.

Hey, sometimes you gotta pull over at McDonald’s and take a leak. Even if you live in the same town as said fast food establishment and could just go home, where the bathroom is probably less of a biohazard. Then again, this is Britney.

We’ve all gotten bailed out by McD’s when a bathroom was in desperate need, but we’re not Britney Spears. Seriously, do you want to cause a scene wherever you go? It can’t wait 10 minutes? Can’t she cut down the Starbucks intake a tad?

Whatevs. When she finished up, Britney Spears returned to her Mercedes and fled. No word on whether she grabbed a few Big Macs for the road.

Man, Jamie Spears is gonna be pissed when he reads this story. Hopefully his underwear check prior to her leaving for her excursion was successful.

Enjoying a fun-filled Wednesday afternoon, all of Kevin Federline’s kids headed out for a trip to the zoo. And we mean all of them!

Sharing time between the strollers and the nanny and bodyguard’s arms, all four of the Federline youngsters smiled and gasped at the sights of the Los Angeles Zoo.

Among the group were Britney Spears and K-Fed’s boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, along with Federline’s two children from his previous relationship with Shar Jackson, Kori Madison and Kaleb Michael Jackson.

After checking out the giraffes, zebras, monkeys and a few other exhibits, the tired group headed towards the exit and what must have been a well-deserved nap-time break for the kiddies’ keepers.
