passing day, the latest math puts her at roughly seven months pregnant. These news are very happy for the family Spears. And only Britney is not very glad. She remembered about her two little sons. It seems, she does not want to be worse than her little sister. She is older, more popular. It is very hard to realize that someone can be better than Britney.

Now Britney Spears is working hard to make certain that by the time Jamie Lynn has her new little baby, the former pop princess would love to back in her two little sons’ lives on a regular basis.

The magazine notes that she and her family will go back to court next month in hopes of restoring overnight visits with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. She promised to expose the surprise person who is supporting Britney Spears’ endeavor to spend more time with her kids.

If her plea is supported by the court appointed psychologist, it is likely that Sean Preston, 31 months, and Jayden James, 19 months, will be allowed one sleepover a week.

Britney, who was divested of her overnight visitations following her meltdown on January 3, is a long way from regaining 50/50 custody agreed to in her divorce settlement with former husband Kevin Federline in July 2006.

“Britney wants her kids back and she will do everything in her power to make that goal a reality,” says the insider.

Since being placed under a conservatorship on February 2, Britney spends most of her day at her $7.2 million, 7,400-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa in Studio City, occasionally dining out with her parents and friends.

Besides a stable life style, cordial relations with her former husband will help Britney’s quest for equal custody.

“It would be fantastic if they could become great friends again and could get together like Bruce Willis and Demi Moore did to show their kids how much they love them,” says a relative. “I think both Brit and Kevin would be open to that eventually.”

“We went into the studio, but it was just for fun – nothing more,” Larry Rudolph says of their visits to a studio in Burbank, CA Monday and Tuesday.

The ‘Toxic’ star, 26, has not been in a recording studio for the past year, sources close to the singer say.

“She just wanted to go in and tinker around,” the source tells Us Weekly. “She sat at a piano and got some ideas. She played the piano and sang a bit. She enjoyed herself.”

Britney played old and new songs, the source says, adding, “she wanted to go in as a way to get her creativity going. It was a really positive experience for her.”

Spears and Rudolph — who is credited for discovering Spears and managing her career for 9 years — “are not at the stage where they are talking business yet,” nor is this studio visit the start of a new project, the source says.

Earlier this month, Rudolph said Britney is on the “right path.”

Britney Spears’s former confidante, Sam Lutfi, has agreed to stay away from the pop star through July 31, it was revealed at a Los Angeles court Wednesday.

Judge Aviva Bob granted the Spears family’s request on Wednesday to extend the restraining order against the singer’s onetime manager. Lutfi was not at yesterday’s hearing, but an attorney presented the judge with a document bearing his signature, agreeing to the extension.

Attorney Vivian Thoreen said Brit’s dad, Jamie Spears, co-conservator Andrew Wallet and Sam all agreed it was in the singer’s best interest to extend the order.

Michael Sands, Lutfi’s spokesperson, insists he has been cooperating with the Spears family. “Sam and the family are communicating and cooperating trying to do whats best for Britney,” he said.

A restraining order was slapped on Lutfi in February, after Spears’s mother accused him of drugging Britney, 26. Lutfi has been forbidden from going within 250 yards of Spears and her home.
