In an exclusive new interview with the upcoming issue of Life + Style magazine, Lynne Spears says, “All I can do is turn to God for answers and just leave it in his hands.”
Lynn Spears does not want to be a grandmother for a child of her younger daughter. But she believes 17-year-old Jamie Lynn would make a great mum. She explains, “She really has a way with children - she’s a natural tutor. I just wish she had waited a bit.”
As for Britney, Lynne Spears hopes she will be a better mum. She adds, “I pray for Britney every day to be a better mother. She’s gone through a lot of trauma, but she seems to be coming out of it - and it’s showing in her relationship with the boys. They’re really bonding.

A tabloid magazine has just been published, claiming on its cover to have an “Exclusive Interview” with Lynne Spears. But Britney and Jamie Lynn’s mom did not talk to the rag.

The magazine claims that in this so-called exclusive interview, Lynne admitted to being upset about 17-year-old Jamie Lynn’s pregnancy. Well, OK! can tell you exclusively that this is anything but the truth.

Her spokesperson tells OK!: “When Lynne Spears is ready to give an interview I can assure you it will be a true account without speculation as to whether or not she participated.”

Jamie Lynn Spears’ mom says she is “disappointed” her youngest daughter is pregnant at the age of 17.

“I’m a bit disappointed that my youngest daughter got pregnant at such an early age,” Lynne Spears tells Life and Style magazine. “All I can do is turn to God for answers and just leave it in his hands.

“Jamie Lynn will be a wonderful mother She really has a way with children — she’s a natural nurturer. I just wish she had waited a bit.”

Jamie Lynn announced her pregnancy in December last year. She was reportedly paid about $1 million by OK! magazine for the exclusive story.

Lynne also spoke about her other daughter, Britney Spears, “I pray for Britney every day to be a better mother,” she adds.

“She’s gone through a lot of trauma, but she seems to be coming out of it — and it’s showing in her relationship with the boys. They’re really bonding. I think 2008 will be a better year for all of us.”
