A source close to her family told press, “It’s staggering how much money has been used up since February 2007.”.
The pop princess lost custody of her two children to Kevin Federline before being admitted to a psychiatric ward earlier this year. And it has led to her having to spend massive amounts of money on legal bills and psychiatric care.

In addition, independent accountant Robert Bianchi has gone on record as saying that she lost out on at least $50 million by failing to properly promote and tour for her “Blackout” album.

Although she’s been a spendthrift in the past, now that her father hired his own accountants to examine Britney’s accounts, and bring an end to the 26-year-old’s excessive spending.
