In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Frost offers her childrearing expertise to Britney Spears. “I do believe she loves her children very much and I’d be more than happy to help her,” she says in an interview scheduled to air Friday.

“To be able to put her on the right track and feel more empowered as a parent.” Frost adds, “Importance in motherhood is about really relating to other mothers, being able to have support groups and it’s about Britney being in a place where she’s feeling secure and confident in herself, so that she is able to take care of her little ones and give them what they need from her, which is their mother around.”

Frost’s hit ABC show takes to her people’s homes across the country, where she helps parents deal with their children’s behavioral issues. Frost tells ET the key to her advice comes from imbuing parents with “the confidence to raise their baby in a healthy and content way.”

Britney Spears is determined to get her career back on track - after losing her place in a select group of Hollywood’s richest women.

The pop superstar has been nudged from the top 10 celebrity female earners in a new rich list compiled by Forbes magazine.

Spears made the top 10 last year in a similar study by the publication, but just missed out in the 2008 poll, she was placed 11th on the list with an estimated fortune of $102 million.

The biggest earner on the Forbes list was chatshow queen Oprah Winfrey, who tops the poll with a massive $1.5 billion fortune.

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling is second after amassing a $1.1 billion fortune thanks to phenomenal global sales of her beloved books and its movie adaptations.

Other top earners include Madonna with $325 million, Celine Dion with $250 million and singer Mariah Carey, who has earned $226 million.

According to the NYP Jamie has been working along with Danish entrepreneur Claus Hjelmbak on an endorsement deal for a line of shabby-chic Scandinavian furniture - specifically, creating a piece called a “Woofy.”
“Woofy” would be a pink and blue plastic dog that you hide the electrical wires in your home in. Subtle. Seriously, just leave the wires out.
Well, Jamie had apparently called off the deal because he felt “uncomfortable” with the offer. “Jamie had felt as if Britney was taken advantage of and wasnТt going to let that happen.”

Neither Britney, nor her father and conservator, Jamie Spears, were present in court at a hearing to review a temporary conservatorship created on February 2.

“It’s my understanding that her condition is somewhat tenuous. Her medical condition remains the same,” the commissioner said after the hearing.

Britney’s court appointed probate attorney, Samuel Ingham, concurred that Britney wasn’t ready to manage her own affairs.

“In fact it could be harmful to her to participate,” he said.

The temporary conservatorship is due for a final review on July 31, when a hearing will determine if it needs to be made permanent or vacated.

“Though there have been changes in her medication…the diagnosis is not complete,” Goetz said.

Saying that Britney’s doctor “wants to do additional testing in the not too distant future,” Goetz indicated that the content and the timing of the report would determine the future course of action.

Goetz recommended that Britney’s diagnosis be completed by June 17.
