In April, former manager Larry Rudolph reconnected with the singer in April and reported that she already had been going into the studio “just for fun”.But now Britney is said to be officially working on an upcoming album, according to her vocal producer and co-writer, Jim Beanz.
TMZ reports in regards to the new album that Britney is working with Vegas kingpin George Maloof and is recording at Maloof’s Palms Casino in Las Vegas.
Former manager Larry Rudolph is back in the picture and is said to be producing the album.
Maloof is trying to extend his long arm into the music biz and is also behind Ali Lohan’s upcoming album.
We hope if Britney does a live performance in the near future it will be far from dreadful. Nothing but positive for Britney now. Blackout sold like crazy and she wasn·t healing as she is now. Her next CD will sell. Britney still has many people pulling for her and waiting for her to make a comeback.

Britney Spears almost burst into tears on Friday (20-Jun-2008) upon her arrival at Los Angeles International Airport after a clash between her bodyguard and a photographer.
The pop star arrived back in California following her brief trip home to Louisiana on Friday for the birth of her teenage sister Jamie Lynn’s daughter , and was greeted at LAX Airport by a huge crowd of paparazzi.
Between 30 and 35 photographers swarmed her vehicle outside the terminal before a bodyguard pushed a camera into a photographer’s face, Los Angeles World Airport Police Sgt. Jim Holcomb said.
The photographer escaped unscathed, and has chosen not to file charges against Spears’ employee. The 26-year-old pop star was unscathed, and Holcomb says officers ensured she was able to leave the airport safely.

Britney Spears’ teenage sister Jamie Lynn was inspired to name her newborn daughter MADDIE BRIANN after reading a series of the Madeline children’s books, according to reports.
The 17-year-old welcomed her first child with 19-year-old fiance Casey Aldridge into the world on Thursday (19-Jun-2008) at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in MCComb, Mississippi, weighing in at weighed seven pounds, 11 ounces (3.5 kilograms).
And according to the New York Daily News, Spears’ fascination with the Ludwig Bemelman classics were the inspiration for her own daughter’s name.
A source says, “Jamie was a huge fan of the Madeline children’s books when she was a little girl and always wanted to name her daughter that.”
Spears and Aldridge were engaged in March.
The teen star stunned the Spears family when she announced her pregnancy news last year, at the age of 16. They couple reportedly had been delaying their wedding until after the birth of their
child.
