Where is that baby of Jamie Lynn Spears? Sister Britney Spears had quite the battle on her hands when she gave birth (especially with Jayden James) as paparazzi were desperate to try and get the very first snap of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s baby. So what will be the strategy of Jamie Lynn Spears to keep her Maddie Briann away from the prying eyes of photographers?

On Thursday of last week Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl that she named Maddie Briann in Mississippi, which is just a short drive from her native Kentwood, Louisiana. The little girl was named Maddie Briann and weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.

Ever since the birth users of the World Wide Web have desperately searched as they all wanted to see the baby photos of little Maddie and everyone was very excited when all of a sudden pictures of the little baby ended up on what was reported to be Jamie Lynn Spears MySpace Account.

Except many believe that to be a hoax. The best guess is that the baby is not Maddie Briann and the account is not Jamie Lynn Spears MySpace. The very first snaps are worth a stack of cash and they might already be a part of a deal put together by OK! Magazine when they broke the story that Jamie Lynn was pregnant.

Jamie Lynn Spears posted a blog on her official Myspace page about her newborn baby girl, Maddie Briann. Jamie Lynn has been trying to keep her fans up-to-date about everything that has been going on with her and her baby.

Britney Spears celebrated a favorable court ruling Tuesday morning, June 24, in her child custody dispute with ex Kevin Federline, with some shopping at Fred Segal clothing store along Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, Ca.

Britney was escorted by store employees and her bodyguards as she stepped out after her shopping, looking cheerful but tentative braving the paparazzi horde that mobbed her.

Earlier in the day Britney and her ex-husband Kevin Federline appeared before Commissioner Scott Gordon to review the custody status of Sean Preston, two, and one year old Jayden James.
The singer was previously only allowed three monitored visits with the children per week, after she was committed to a psychiatric facility to treat an alleged bi-polar disorder. These did not include overnight visitation.
The ruling followed a closed door hearing attended by Britney and Kevin accompanied by their respective lawyers and Britney’s parenting coach.

The hearing marked the comeback of Laura Wasser as Britney’s lawyer in the custody dispute, replacing Stacy Phillips. Laura had negotiated Britney’s original 50/50 custody arrangement with Federline as part of their divorce settlement. However, she and Britney fell apart late last year, as Britney’s lifestyle got increasingly wayward.

Britney, appeared elated by court’s ruling today and smiled broadly when asked if she was happy.

Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini says, “There was a change in (Spears’s) visitation status that was ordered. Britney’s demeanour in court was businesslike. I think anyjudge is pleased to see progress being made by parties in a case. Any judge is happy when litigants are making progress.”

The next hearing is set for 15 July.
