Jamie Lynn Spears Looking for Mediterranean-style House in L.A.

Jamie Lynn Spears with daughter MaddieJamie Lynn Spears reportedly wants to move to Los Angeles so she can be closer to her older sister Britney Spears. Sources say the 17-year-old, who gave birth to daughter Maddie in June, is looking for a “Mediterranean-style house” with a price tag of a little under $4 million.

“She wants a Mediterranean-style house with balconies, a big backyard and lots of privacy,” the source says. “She asked for a new house because she likes new kitchens and bathrooms.”

It is unclear if Spears’ fiancé and father of Maddie, Casey Aldridge, plans to move also. Insiders have claimed that the couple is having problems over allegations that Aldridge was unfaithful during Spears’ pregnancy.
